Return & Refund Policy

Overview

All products sold by Esmonbijouart are created through print-on-demand and are considered personalized goods. As such, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product due to an error on our part
• Print quality is below acceptable standards

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at miinspiration18@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the defective or incorrect item

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized or print-on-demand products (unless defective)
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to improper use

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to personalized goods or goods made to the consumer's specifications, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of the Directive.

Since all our products are print-on-demand and personalized, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
