Shipping Policy

Overview

All products sold by Esmonbijouart are created on demand through our print-on-demand partners. This means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed. Please allow additional time for production before shipping.

Product Availability by Region

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, product availability varies by destination:

  • USA & Canada: Full product range available, including canvas prints, metal prints, and framed prints.
  • Europe & rest of the world: Available products include posters (rolled) and canvas prints (rolled). Framed prints and metal prints are not available for these destinations.

If a product is not available for your region, it will not be shown at checkout. For questions about product availability, contact us at miinspiration18@gmail.com.

Production Time

All orders require a production period of 3–7 business days before being dispatched. Production time may vary depending on the product type and current demand.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and costs depend on your delivery address and the product type ordered.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Spain: 3–5 business days
  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 5–8 business days
  • Eastern Europe: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

These are estimated times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, or other non-EU countries, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at miinspiration18@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Since all products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
